I, too, attempted to purchase the Buy 1-Get 1 free (plus separate S&H, of couse) on-line. Never was my order offered for review or even confirmed by the company. Nor was I notified that my order had even been shipped. And, near the end of the process, a weird nearly blank screen appeared that made me think my order had not even been completed. Well, lo & behold, my order actually arrived with 3 Petriders (and charged full price for 2 plus S&H for 2)! The product has a strong coal tar odor which I attempted to remove by following the washing instructions included. I machine-washed 1 item in cold water on the Delicate cycle and the vinyl backing crumbled & cracked right off! What a mess and disappointment. In summary, this is a TERRIBLE product. I called Customer Service and they offered me a $5.00 credit to just keep the items, give them away or try to sell them. I refused that offer and am sending them back for a full credit, less the S&H. It’s a small price to pay for such an awful product. DO NOT BUY THESE!
Debra’s comments are accurate. I expected to pay $10 for one with 6.99 shipping. You can get a second one for only the cost of shipping. So the total should have been $24 roughly. Instead they upgraded my order then it automatically went through for $76 dollars. We called to cancel the order, they assured us it was cancelled, then they went ahead and shipped it. Unless I get a full refund, including shipping, I’ll file complaints with the BBB and Attorney Generals office.
My advice if you want this, don’t order it from their website. Find another way to get the product.
I just placed an order online that was supposed to be buy 2 for $10. plus s/h.
The transaction completed without any offer for me to review it and they have charged me
$10. each ! There is a customer service # but they pretty much tell you they probably won’t answer your call. I will try to call anyway and if I cannot get resolution I will seek further action.
This is the greatest invention ever….. I love my dogs so much, but also love my clean car….. Now its so easy to take my dogs to the park
