One Second Needle: Does It Work?
The eye of the One Second Needle is designed rather like a tiny clip. When you slide the looped thread along the needle shaft toward the eye, the thread loop drops into a tiny groove, which guides the looped thread directly into the eye of the One Second Needle. Once in the eye the thread stays there and you begin sewing as you always have.
