I have purchased items on the internet for years and this is by far the most deseptive website I have ever dealt with. There is no order conformation button so you are charged as soon as you type in your order (and you will probally be overcharged) compared to what you think your paying . make sure and Google ” forever Lazy Scam” before you purchase to see what other people are saying.
The major issue with this company is that there is no confirmation page. If you wanted to buy 2 your only suppose to buy one. However, the 2nd one has to be the same size and color. The biggest issue is there is “NO CONFIRMATION PAGE” So even if there was a mistake in what you ordered you can not identify it. They also while giving you one free forever lazy charge you 7.95 per item. So you are paying 15 or so dollars for every one you order. Basiclly there is no way to verify your order before it is complete, Customer Service is not very responsive. All and all it is a purposely thing that is done vaguely to cause extra ordering and more $$$ for the company. Even when it is pointed out as a mistake they will not fix it. It is indeed a scam if you ask me. (This means nothing about the product seeing that I haven’t received it)
Here’s my story of my Forever Lazy nightmare. It is the usual story. I ordered online. Wanting 2 colors I picked 1 blue and 1 gray. After I entered my personal information and credit card. Then TADA! They charged me for 4 items. There was no confirmation page they just charged my card. I called immediately and they claimed to not have my order in thier system. Are they using 1960s computers? Every cyber business has always had my order inside of a few minutes. Forever Lazy said it would take 24 to 48 hours to be in the system. I called back 24 hours later and then they told me my order could not be changed because it had already shipped. Hmm.. Strange that the shipment didn’t go out until 5 days later. They lied on the first second third fourth and fifth time I contacted them. I of course immediately called my credit card company and filed a dispute. BofA has reversed the charge, now I get to see how aggressive they will be on fighting the reversal. I got the final insult, they acknowledged receipt of my return and are trying to charge $31 for postage and handling. Huh? I got thier package, did not open it, posted and handled it myself. I sent the unopened package back the same day as I received it. I will fight these criminals until the end. They WILL NOT get any of my money for their attempted theft.
This a classic “Bait & Switch” scam. DO NOT buy from these scammers unless you can afford to waste $45 on their scam tactics. If you order 2 (which they say the second is free +S&H) you will be charged FULL price for the second. The total does not show up until you put in your credit card number. As soon as you do your card is CHARGED!!!!!! I called customer support, immediately after ordering, they said “sorry, we cannot help, your order is completed”
Rip-off. On-line advertisement for product and billing were deceptive and misleading. Posted that the “item ordered would not be processed or shipped for 48 Hrs”. Also posted “Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order ships”. The billing portion of the on-line order asked to “continue” (not accept) and then Charges to account were made immediately. Customer service contacted and said they could not cancel order, and that we would have to wait ’till we received the item and THEN return it for a refund, even though it had not been processed.
I can’t believe I fell for this Forever Lazy. The Forever Lazy website is really shady and I ended up getting charged twice and they don’t show you your total until after you enter your credit card. Now I have to try and get a hold of them to cancel the order before they charge me. And I found out I have to wait up to 6 weeks to receive my order. I need it in less than a week. Of course since you see it on an infomercial late at night, by the time you call them they are closed. They do that on purpose.
They make it sound like it’s a Buy One Get One deal. Apparently you have to order the same size and color. Not many husband and wives wear the same size or color. Sorry but I don’t fit into an extra small pink. Forever Lazy tricks you that it looks like you have to select each order separately. You select size and price. There is a note that says “you are ordering a pair”. I read it and at first I thought it was just like I read, but then after thinking about the order I realized I was going to order 2 of the same color and size so I thought to myself, no legit business would sell someone a pair in the same size and color. It’s just too unbelievable. So I clicked one of each and now I ordered 4 of them. If you don’t believe me, go to their site and try to order 2 pairs in different colors for 29.99 plus 7.95 shipping and separate orders.
I’m cancelling my card and probably bringing this to the attorney general.
AMEN!!! The same thing just happened to me, down to the detail!!!!!!!!! I now am getting 2 pink mediums and 2 large gray ones. What am I going to do with 4 of these things? They were meant as a gag gift. They refunded me the shipping amount which is $31.80. What a scam!! They know it is misleading and the customer service people acknowledge that much. How do we make a stand against these theives that take the JOY out of holiday shopping?
Hey everyone, I wanted to make this Forever Lazy post because these were a huge hit with my family. I got the Forever Lazy pajamas as an early Christmas gift for my family that was over for Thanksgiving and the kids thought it was great. The youngest girl like them so much a week later and still wearing them. So they turned out to be a huge hit this year and would highly recommend to everyone with kids….
