My best advice is just to go out and take a dance class .joining a hip hop dance class can be such a great workout, and so much fun! (:same with ballroom .if you insist on the video game, i would say hip hop would have the better effect (it has more cardio than ballroom does)…
The Flirty Girl Fitness videos are a waste of time. I am in fairly good shape and the routines won’t cause you to even break a sweat. The packaging looked cheap and the moves are teenage dance routines. The instructors voice is irritating as well. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
SCAM, SCAM and MORE SCAM!!! Read the fine print before buying this item. I ordered the Flirty Girl a few months ago and had a horrible experience. What they showed on their website is not what I paid. Also after receiving this video the girls voice is so annoying and the music is bunk. I would tell everyone not to buy this BS.
