Haven’t actually tried the system. but the gloves and bands look very cheap.. Aside from the DVDS, this probably cost about $2.50 to manufature..
I like the gloves from this package. Tae Bo workout system is the ultimate way to your great muscles and flat stomach. Try it before saying something about it.
