Everything was great with the product except for one main problem. I lift up the top piece when my burgers were done and there was silver residue all over my burgers. There is no way that it is healthy. I had to throw away the burgers and make them the old fashioned way. Do not buy unless you enjoy silver in your burger.

I have used the Big City Slider Station many times and get perfect burgers each time. I noticed that some reviews talked about silver flakes coming off the teflon but I have never had an issue. I always cook at a medium low and get great results. I typically will spray some pam before cooking. I would say that cleaning isn’t the easiest but the burgers make it worth while. I love using the Slider Station when cooking for my family. I will continue to use and have enjoyed it for over 6 months now.
I am all american and love a great burger. Takes a few minutes in the stove and presto they are done.
