I purchased the Ab Rocket and was very skeptical about how well it was really going to work. All I have to say is that it really does work. Ive been complimented by friends and family. I spend a couple minutes every day and it definitely helps. I believe that it helps you do a proper sit up without straining you back and neck. I have already told my brother to buy one.
The ab rocket does not live up to the infomercial. When using the device, I got a waste of time. Its very uncomfortable and not worth your time. The resistance coils don’t make a difference. I also think that the chair is made for someone of very short stature and will not work for someone who is 6″2. If I knew what I bought, I wouldn’t have bought it again.

The information about the products is very useful. Though if you have the machine is even better. I bought it 4 days ago and made some exercises. I can tell you that it supports your neck and back and this is a good thing. Buy it to see how smooth it works.
